November 2017 - January 2018 Newsletter

In mid-December, ECI Director Lael Mohib and ECI volunteer Ilaha Omar were in Kabul and had a series of meetings with the Minister of Urban Development and Housing (MoUDH), the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Martyrs and Disabled (MoLSAMD), and ARAZI, the land authority. Here are some updates from those meetings.
